Brosway Italia was born from a dream in the heart of Italy’s Marche region. As a young boy, Lanfranco Beleggia worked alongside his family with humble beginnings—but he always dreamed bigger. His journey, fueled by passion and perseverance, led to the founding of Bros Manifatture: a company built on emotion, creativity, and bold ambition. From selling leather watch straps to leading a global jewelry brand, Lanfranco’s story is one of courage and vision.

An empire was born from the dream of a young boy.

In the heart of Italy’s Marche region, where endless rolling hills embrace the horizon, a young Lanfranco Beleggia spent his days helping his father tend the fields and working at the family’s modest gas station after leaving school at just 14 years old.

Surrounded by tradition but driven by a restless spirit, he soon realized that his path would be different. While others found comfort in the familiar, Beleggia felt a powerful idea ignite within him: to create, to evolve, to leave a mark.

That moment lit the spark that would change everything. Dressed in a suit and tie, Lanfranco ventured into the world of sales, selling leather watch straps — stepping not just into a new career, but into his destiny.

He learned. He persevered. He refined every detail. He recognized that even what works well can always be made better. And so, Bros Manifatture was born — not just a company, but the seed of an empire.

At just 19, he left everything behind to seek his future in Germany. Armed with nothing more than courage and hope, he threw himself into hard, grueling work — yet deep inside, the flame of a bigger dream continued to burn. When he returned home, he humbly started washing cars at the family gas station. Until one day, an insurance agent, seeing something special in him, whispered:

“Bros” stands for “brothers”—a name rooted in family values and a spirit of unity. Over the years, Lanfranco’s children joined the company, turning a personal dream into a shared legacy. Together, they brought Brosway Italia to life: a brand shaped by family, strengthened by innovation, and inspired by transformation. By 1979, Lanfranco was already a father of two — a role that deeply shaped his values and gave rise to a greater vision: to build something lasting, rooted in family, unity, and purpose.

It was from this vision that Bros Manifatture took its nameBros as in “brothers,” a tribute to the bond he imagined not only within his family, but among all those who would share in the journey.

Years later, as his children — Valerio, Maurizio, and Beatrice — joined the company, that original dream found new life. They didn’t just inherit a name — they became the living expression of everything their father had built. It was no longer just Bros. It was a legacy reborn, ready to write its next chapter.

In 2002, Brosway Italia launched with a mission to transform jewelry from a distant luxury into an accessible, emotional expression of everyday life. With vibrant designs, innovation, and a commitment to storytelling, Brosway Italia revolutionized the market.

Beleggia’s visionary spirit brought the brand to the global stage. In 2006, the bold decision to choose Penélope Cruz as the face of Brosway sealed its identity as a trendsetter, not a follower.
