For Brosway, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of shipment and receive a refund for the returned products.

Please note that returned items must be in perfect condition with no signs of use and in their original packaging, in well sealed, protected packaging.


1. Log in to your account and enter the MY RETURNS section. Select the order in question and follow the procedure by providing all the required information.

2. Print out the the return form and the shipping label that will be automatically generated after you have completed the return procedure.

3. Prepare the package (preferably the original one) with the items to be returned and the return form inside. Paste the shipping label on the outside of the package.
IMPORTANT: If the package is returned without the return form inside, the products will not be refunded.

4. Choose one of the free shipping options:

  • Take the parcel to your nearest post office
  • You can book a home collection by SDA/Poste Italiane by calling the toll-free number 803.160 (service available from Monday to Saturday from 8:00 to 20:00). Follow the guided procedures by pressing 1, 2 and 2 again.


The refund of the amount spent depends on the method of payment chosen at the time of purchase:

  • payment via PayPal, the refund will be made directly via PayPal;
  • if you pay by credit card, prepaid card or Amazon Pay, the refund will be credited only to the card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase.
  • if you pay via Scalapay, you will be reimbursed for any instalments already paid directly to the card used for payment, and any instalments not yet paid will be cancelled. In the event of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from your instalments starting with the last one.
  • Brosway will proceed with the refund of the cost of the goods shipped, within the legal terms (30 days), only after having received the goods and checked that all requirements have been met.

Refunds cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase and cannot be made by bank transfer.
