SHIPPING POLICIES
Brosway delivers to Italy. We do not deliver to the municipalities of Livigno, Trepalle, Campione d’Italia, Vatican City and San Marino. Delivery in Italy is guaranteed within 3–5 working days for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3.30 pm. Working days are Monday to Friday. For Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia and the islands, delivery may take an additional day. Deliveries are made during office hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays and days when the offices are closed for holidays, which will be announced on the website. The courier will make three delivery attempts; after the third attempt, the order will be held at the depot. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to alter dispatch or delivery times. Bartolini and Poste Italiane/SDA are the authorised couriers for the Company’s shipments. Delivery is free for orders over €39; for orders below this amount, the delivery charge is €4.50.
The Customer will be kept informed throughout the transaction: upon placing the order, they will receive a tracking code for the parcel and the web address where they can track the delivery status online. The Company shall not be liable for any delays attributable to the courier. Upon receipt of the product, the Customer is asked to check:
- that the parcel is intact, undamaged, not wet and not otherwise altered, including the seal; any complaints must be reported to the courier and must be noted at the time of signing for collection by adding the phrase ‘Accepted subject to inspection’; otherwise, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered correctly;
- that the products correspond to those listed on the consignment note and/or invoice, both in terms of quantity and type; any complaints must be reported to the courier and must be noted at the time of signing for collection by adding the phrase “Accepted subject to inspection”; otherwise, the contents of the parcel will be deemed free from faults and/or defects.
