For Brosway, customer satisfaction is paramount. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of the date of purchase and receive a refund for the returned items. Please note that returned items must be in perfect condition, showing no signs of use, and in their original packaging, in a securely sealed and well-protected parcel.

FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE STEPS TO MAKE A RETURN:

Booking a return online:

1. Log in to your account and go to the ORDER HISTORY section.

2. Select the order you wish to return and click on REQUEST A RETURN.

3. Select ‘Other’. Once you have checked that the order number displayed is correct, click on ‘Start the returns process’.

4. Select the items you wish to return and click NEXT STEP. Select the reason for the return and click NEXT STEP.

5. Check that the address provided is correct, click Return and, after checking the summary, select Confirm return.

Preparing the parcel:

Once you have completed the online procedure, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed instructions.

Prepare the package (preferably the original one) with the items to be returned and the return form inside.
IMPORTANT: If the package is returned without the return form inside, the products will not be refunded.
Choose the shipping company you prefer to send back the package, shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refund:

The refund for the amount spent will be credited via the payment method chosen at the time of purchase:

– for payments made via PayPal, the refund will be processed directly through PayPal;

– for payments made by credit card or prepaid card, the refund will only be credited to the card used for the purchase. Refunds cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase.

– If you paid via Scalapay, any instalments already paid will be refunded directly to the card used for payment, whilst any outstanding instalments will be cancelled. In the event of a partial return, the refund amount will be deducted from your instalments, starting with the most recent one.

Brosway will process the refund for the cost of the goods dispatched, within the statutory time limit (30 days), only after receiving the goods and verifying that all requirements have been met.

The refund cannot be made to cards other than those used for the purchase and cannot be made via bank transfer.

Return Procedure for Guest Users

If the order was placed as a guest – that is, without registering online – you can still request a return manually by clicking on

START THE RETURN PROCESS

Enter your order number and click on ‘Start the return process’. Then follow the instructions set out in the previous section from point 4.
