Delivery is guaranted in 10 working days for every order placed from Monday to Friday before 15:30. Working days are from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays and for holiday closure, which will be communicated on the website.
The courier will make three delivery attempts. After the third one, the order will go to the depot. Every order are placed automatically and we are not allowed to modify shipping and delivery times.
Bartolini is the authorized couriers for company’s deliveries. Free shipments are possible for orders over 100€, otherwise check the tab list below:

The client will be updated during all the purchase-shipment process: when the order will be sent, the client will receive a traking link via e-mail where to follow the delivery status. The company will be not responsible for any delays attributable to the fault of the shipper. When the client will receive the order, it is required to ckeck:
- the box must be intact, not damaged or altered: any complaints must be directly reported to the courier. If there is any doubt regarding the box integrity, the client must immediately accept the shipment by signing “Withdrawn subject to control”. Otherwise, the shipment will be considered correctly delivered.
- The products in the box must match with the products reported on the invoice, any complaints must be directly reported to the courier. In this case, the client must immediately accept the shipment by signing “Withdrawn subject to control”. Otherwise, the shipment will be considered without defects.
